end-to-end Value Streams strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across the product lifecycle

Role Accountabilities :

Value stream optimization

• Leverage sector
  Value Stream
  strateg
  ies
  and technology roadmaps to
  implement
  advantaged actions and initiatives
  to accelerate value delivery by improving efficiency,
  reduc
  ing cost
  and driv
  ing
  consumer
  value.

• Serve as the primary contact to leverage
  manufacturing technologies and process advancement to drive end-to-end optimization,

• Must have a strategic global mindset with the ability to dimension business case/value delivery out of qualitative, disparate data points within many layers of the organization

• Orchestrate E
  SC
  teams to Advance, Innovate and design for the sector value streams

• Work closely with various departments of the business (e.g., Operations, R&D, Sales, and Marketing) to improve the overall Value
  S
  tream

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize
  and create top level initiatives to drive end-to-end value stream for the
  sector.

• Drive robustness in make versus buy analysis with ECM and internal partners, while ensuring strong capital efficiency

• Strong commercial partnership and understanding of the customers and consumers to ensure the supply chain can deliver as expected

• Support sourcing strategy, ensure business continuity, and negotiation leverage

• Defines / manages definition of Target Condition, benchmarks vs Current Condition
  and
  develops gap closure
  plan
  s.

Goal setting and performance management

• 
  Bring the outside in, ensure competitive understanding, industry benchmarks and global internal capabilities

• 
  Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sector Value
  S
  treams
  , including metrics related to cost, quality, delivery, and customer
  satisfaction.

• 
  Identify and mitigate risks within the V
  alue
  S
  tream
  , ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company
  policies.

New product and process innovation

• 
  Drive the manufacturing technology advancement roadmap, understand global asset capabilities and needs, align
  to the innovation roadmap, the asset strategy and process
  advancements.

• 
  Collaborate with R&D, Product Development and Capital Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products / systems into the Value Stream

Qualifications :

• 
  Bachelor's degree in
  Engineering
  ,
  Supply Chain Management, or related field

• 
  10+ years of
  experience in operations management within the CPG/B2B industry, with a proven
  track record
  of driving process improvements

• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
  proficiency
  in data-driven decision-making

• 
  Excellent leadership and team management capabilities

• 
  Experience in end-to-end
  cost optimization and
  innovation
  cycles.

• 
  Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills

• 
  Global operations experience, including familiarity with international manufacturing and supply chain practices

• 
  Proven application of
  Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies

• 
  Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors globally
