Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM


Location: 100 % onsite in Saint Paul

What You'll Do:

• Reach out to our valued customers post-service, ensuring they're satisfied and addressing any follow-up needs.


• Use a proven script to gauge customer satisfaction and determine if further action is needed from our service managers.


• Be the go-to person for answering incoming customer calls, providing information, scheduling appointments, and gathering vehicle details.


• Offer accurate estimates on maintenance and repair costs while setting clear expectations on time frames.


• Keep detailed records of every call to ensure a smooth customer experience.


• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care, striving to maintain the highest levels of satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED (required).


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


• Impeccable attention to detail-you're someone who catches the small things!


• 1-2 years of related experience in customer service or a similar role.
