Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing has multiple Administrative Assistant openings for our clients in the Houston area. These positions are temporary, temp-to hire and direct hire positions with a pay range of $17.00 - $20.00/hr. depending on experience!


**Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent administrative experience in an office setting


• Great communication skills, both written and verbal


• High School Diploma


• Proficency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word


• Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to starting
