Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a growing Energy client with an Office Manager role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity which includes a full benefits package. The person in this role will help support the team in the Houston office.



Schedule: Monday-Friday In Office 8:00am-5:00pm



Salary: $55,000-$65,000 DOE



Duties:



  • Oversee day to day operations of the office

  • Develop and implement filing system

  • Help with prepare documentation and PowerPoint for presentations

  • Assist researching various topics as needed

  • Greet guests, answer calls and manage office email

  • Assist with travel coordination and accomodations


Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of recent administrative experience in an office

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, orally, in writing, and in preparing presentations

  • Advanced proficency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • **Bachelors Degree is highly preferred
