We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) to support end-to-end recruitment and play a key role in various talent acquisition project work. This person in this role will focus on sourcing and screening top talent to meet the evolving needs of the business. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to ensure an efficient hiring process while supporting recruitment excellence.

In This Role You Will:

  • Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, from initial market research, sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations.
  • Sourcing & Screening Talent: Identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, etc.). Screen potential hires to ensure a strong add with both the role requirements and company culture.
  • Partnership with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop interview processes that lead to strong hires.
  • Project Work: Support projects that involve updating systems and revising job descriptions. Ensure roles are routed through the appropriate channels within the organization for timely action.
  • System Updates & Reporting: Use tools such as Dayforce to support the recruiting process and provide visibility into the recruiting pipeline and outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining consistent and timely communication.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular recruitment status updates to all stakeholders via meetings, email updates, and reports.

Credentials and Experience:

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth company or agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
  • Experience sourcing candidates via internet search tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
    • Prior Dayforce experience a plus
  • Ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills with experience building successful relationships with business stakeholders
  • Legal right to work in the United States

This role is designed to be hybrid in Charlotte, NC (preferred) or remote in the US. The contract will be for 3 months.
