Program Analyst - Information Systems Portfolio at ANSER in Arlington, Virginia

Position Overview:

As the program analyst you will assist the division manager in leading a group of 60 + ANSER employees and multiple subcontractor staff. In this role you will have responsibility for a broad range of project and contract tasks related to the day-to-day management of division programs, contracts and financials.

This position requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office at our Arlington, VA location.

Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Invoice reviews and reconciliation
• Travel authorizations and expense review and approval
• Drafting project financial performance data for review by the division manager.
• Monthly report development, reviews, and submissions to the client.
• Contract modification reviews and contract kick-off reviews.
• Requisition development and staff interviews.
• Liaising with project managers supporting the division.
• Proposal support including all phases of color team reviews and technical writing support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a STEM field.
• 5+ years federal and defense contract program or project management experience
• Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Demonstrated mastery of excel including pivot tables, graphs and dashboards
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of budgets and business financials.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels including senior stakeholders, customers and client partners.
