In this role, you will:


  • Perform electrical repairs and light mechanical work safely and in a timely manner

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and program electrical equipment and controls hardware.

  • Maintain a clean work area to prevent contamination of product.

  • Understand the concepts and participate in the techniques of the quality process.

  • Operate powered industrial vehicles (i.e. scissor lift, boom lift, electrical carts, and forklifts) for electrical repairs.

  • Have a working knowledge of the NEC code and NFPA 70E, its interpretation and implementation.

  • Provide feedback to the maintenance team to help modify existing equipment and improve the design of future equipment.

  • Optimize preventive maintenance documents to improve the quality of inspections

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


  • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States

  • Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate

  • Have a 2-year Associates degree in electrical technology or 5+ years of continuous related work experience

  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills

  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime

  • Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening

  • Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)

  • Working knowledge of National Electric Codes and Regulations.

  • Significant experience with Programmable Logic Controllers- basic and intermediate Rockwell systems and programs

  • Knowledge and experience interpreting drawings of electrical circuits and schematics and using electrical measurement instruments
