Boulder Post Acute is Hiring an Experienced MDS Coordinator - RN!

Schedule: Full-Time

Are you a passionate MDS Coordinator looking for an exciting opportunity? Look no further! At Boulder Post Acute, we are dedicated to helping our patients live strong, healthy lives, and we need YOU to make it happen!

What to Expect:

• Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.


• Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.


• Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.


• Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.

Successful Candidates:
