Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with expertise in office relocation. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing the move of approximately a few hundred employees to our client's new location next fall. The successful candidate will be a long-term resource, potentially assisting with other projects and office moves across the country.


Key Responsibilities:


- Coordinating schedules using MS Project and tracking tasks


- Working with real estate contracts, construction drawings, and agreements


- Overcoming potential roadblocks during large-scale moves


- Developing and managing detailed project plans


- Creating and disseminating project status reports


- Acquiring resources and coordinating cross-functional project teams


- Managing field technicians and vendor partners, including weekend and off-hours availability


Qualifications:


- Familiarity with MS Project and Excel


- Experience in Bluebeam Revu (construction software) highly preferred


- PMP certification highly preferred


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


- Excellent written and oral communication skills


- Ability to confidently address conflict and manage stressful situations


- Ability to work well within a team environment and manage multiple concurrent projects
