Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Answers phone calls and provides customer service for a variety of requests
Processes house account orders and schedules Club orders through Encompass software
Handles daily deposits, deposit reports, and delivery route paperwork
Processes accounts payable invoices through DocuWare software
Assists the Human Resources department with Greenville employee onboarding and personnel documents
Compiles and keys data to create various spreadsheets and reports for the Management team
Coordinates employee uniform orders and invoicing
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, maintains office files
Operates office machines such as PC, copier, fax, scanner, adding machine
Follows all company policies and procedures
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
One year of related office experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Knowledge of Encompass and DocuWare software a plus
Knowledge of Paycom HRIS a plus
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Prioritize tasks and have them completed promptly and accurately
Work a Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule
Reliable transportation to run errands as needed
