This position will be full time, 40 hours per week M-F.
Pay $20-$21 / hour
What You'll Do
Reconciliation of multiple store bank accounts Research outstanding items and present to Controller for review Run internal reports for vehicle sold Monthly Floorplan reconciliation Payoff vehicles daily to various financial institutions within guideline Submit positive pay to the banks for fraud prevention daily Monthly manufacturer Statements Post miscellaneous invoices Reconcile monthly lender reserve statements and notify controller of any outstanding items over 60 days
