Job Description:
Location: Platte Center, NE
Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $115,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Large metal parts company is looking for a Controls Engineer.
Candidates must have Allen Bradley PLC programming experience

Description ~
To support, improve, develop, research and test electrical components, equipment, and systems on the plant floor in order to meet production needs.
Essential Duties ~
•Provide daily support to plant operations supporting Corporate and plant specification goals.
•Plan and implement all controls related activities.
•Supports implementation and installation of new and rebuilt equipment.
•Continuous improvement of equipment and processes towards improving reliability and technology.
Qualifications ~
•Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent training
•Technical certification with PLC or CNC Controls preferred
•Experience with LabView is a plus
•3 + years of work experience in Controls Engineering with plant floor experience.
•Allen Bradley PLC, Controls Logix, Servo Controllers, HMI products and software
•Working knowledge of NEC and ANSI codes
•CAD software
•Knowledge of traceability & data tracking
•Ability to make changes to electrical prints as needed
•Working knowledge of Basic, C and Visual Basic programming
