Job Title: Sr. Principal Engineer - Actimize




Hybrid in any of the following locations:

Columbus, OH

Phoenix, AZ

Dallas, TX

NO C2C! Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders.



Overview:

• Moving Actimize development from vendor to in-house.


• Adding modules, optimizing modules already in place, managing the development efforts for further enhancements to the overall system and solutions specific to company needs.


• Must have experience implementing Actimize and NOT just maintaining.


• Specific components or modules candidates MUST BE knowledgeable in are IFM-X/SAM/CDD/WL-X/CTR.


• Actimize is hosted in Azure, but the installation and Maintenance are onsite (so dual Cloud and on-prem environment).


• Actimize SME - must know the system inside and out to gather requirements and inform architecture, manage the development, interact with clients and end-users, grow the efficiency of the Actimize system.


• MUST have leadership/management experience and therefore great communication skills.


• Python and SQL experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/participate in implementing and maintaining Fraud/AML solutions using Actimize.


• Conceive and implement strategic architectural enhancements.


• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders.


• Guide team members and adhere to development best practices.


• Create and maintain documentation for new functionality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.


• 12+ years of development experience (5+ years in Actimize).


• Banking/Financial industry experience.


• Expertise in analyzing and solutioning for Fraud and AML functions.


• Proficiency in T-SQL, data mapping, and related tools.


• Strong experience with .NET/Java/Python.


• Proficient in testing, change management, and Azure DevOps.
