Job Description

Assignments typically include evaluation of requirements, and implementation of automated workflows to meet business requirements. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including customer, computer services, and client services. Analyzes business and technical automation processes to formulate and develop new and modified business automation processes and processing systems. Represents the technology unit to define requirements and business cases for the automation technology developments and process improvements. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining business requirements and system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.

Essential Functions


  • Automation: Design, develop, test, and integrate multiple solutions to build robust and scalable automations.

  • Process Analysis and Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and document business, user and solution requirements, as required by the project. Analyze and document current and future state processes.

  • Process Improvement: Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems. Produce technical content and materials for internal and external users of custom processes.

  • Process Evaluation: Participates in the evaluation of new business processes relative to their domain(s). Proposes technology to be used/ supported through technical, business and cost analysis. Define and evaluate automation and visual technologies to support key business processes.

  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for level I:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Networks, Software Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similarly relevant field.

  • 1+ years' IT process automation or similar experience

Minimum Formal Qualifications for level II:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Networks, Software Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science or similarly relevant field.

  • 3+ years' IT process automation or similar experience

  • 6+ months Business process analysis Preferred

  • 2+ Experience in multiple enterprise technologies and specific focus in retail banking and multi-tenancy architectures. Preferred

Additional Information

The pay range for level I is: $70,824 to $92,950 per Year (I14)

The pay range for level II is: $82,909 to $108,806 per Year (I15)

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program
