Job Qualifications:
Experience - You have 7+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager experience (large accounts experience)
Licensed - You have your active Property & Casualty license
Software - You are proficient with AppliedEpic, Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
Book of Business -You have experience with mid-to-large-size accounts (Experience with real estate accounts is a PLUS!)
Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
Create the proposal under the direction of the Account Executive
Ability to effectively assess risk
Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
Respond to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
Prepare the applications for submission with underwriting information provided by the producer
Follow up with Markets for quotations.
