Position Title: Production / Technical Support II


Location: Saint Louis, MO


Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 11 Months


Job Type: Contract [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY)], [CONTRACT], [HYBRID]


Pay Range: $18/hr to $23/hr


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).


Requirements:


Details: This role is part of the ATM Analytics, Reporting and Operations Support team within ATM Operations. The ideal candidate will work alongside ATM L1 teammates to digest, critically analyze, and report ATM performance data to the Line of Business and other key stakeholders.


Excellent verbal and written communications skills


Must be teachable and adaptable


Ability to analyze various volumes of data and think critically to extract vital information or detect anomalies


Ability to work independently or collaboratively within and between teams


At least intermediate, but preferably advanced skills with MS Excel and other MS Office tools


Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail


Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently


ATM operations domain experience


1. Good working knowledge with excel


2. Using Tableau


3. Analyze data/reporting


Working knowledge of/experience using Tableau, Hadoop, Oracle, Jira/Agile Tools, Microstrategy, etc.
