RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Scientist III in Plano, TX.

Data Scientist III Duties Include:

• Defining new KPIs and bringing them to fruition in a data driven way


• Identifying drivers of our KPIs (as an example, what features usage or customer actions drive metric A)


• Impact analysis of existing KPIs (for instance, how does 1 point improvement in metric A translate to impact on higher level company metrics & ROI)


• Analyzing end to end customer journey including defining what ideal journey looks like, building automated reports with right level of information that can be used to get periodic insights to improve the journey Independently be able to build required datasets for modeling with minimal guidance

REQUIREMENTS:

• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science


• Data Scientist (5 years of experience preferred, open to less years of experience for strong candidates)


• Expert in Causal modeling, experimentation, statistical analysis, SQL, data visualization (qliksense/tableau), use of GitHub & AWS, working knowledge of all basic ML models (supervised & unsupervised)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
