Must comprehend the entire portfolio of pertinent IPS products.
Manage daily activities of team members and leads.
Maintain performance standards.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective communication, processes, and training.
Create, maintain, and execute training plans.
Promote process unity and conformity within the company and across other teams.
Collaborate and coordinate between multiple departments such as: data validation, coordination, design, design quality
Qualifications
Educational and Experience Requirements
BS degree
Equivalent of 2+ years of supervisory experience of technical personnel required
Prior experience in process or operations management preferred
Prior experience in medical device industry preferred
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Prior experience with managing engineering personnel preferred
Prior experience with technical applications of software
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Adhere and support KLS Martin's workflow processes, task management systems, quality and safety policies and procedures.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
Customer support skills.
Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
