This position functions as an important part of the Enterprise Network Design function by providing analytics support for enterprise-wide initiatives. The role is primarily responsible for completing data analytics and partnering with Strategy Analysts in the development of network models in support of Enterprise Network Strategy & Design deliverables. Responsibilities also include ownership of data standardization efforts and communication of analytics outcomes to Network team / leadership.






Responsibilities
:




These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.




  • Own specific data analytics deliverables from data pulls to insight gathering in support of broader Network Design goals


  • Provide ad hoc analytics and insights gathering support to Network Design team and leaders


  • Act as point of contact for key SMEs and data contacts to ensure all necessary information is gathered and cleansed


  • Identify and execute data process improvement and data standardization efforts


  • Develop and provide global data subject matter expertise to Network Design team and ESC partners


  • Own translation of complex data sets into model-ready templates and/or summarized visualizations






Competencies/ Skills & Requirements:





  • Strong data analytics skillset with ability to understand, manipulate, and summarize complex data sets


  • Ability to structure and execute data analytics based on aligned goal or key question


  • Understanding of supply chain and/or finance concepts


  • Ability to execute against work plans with high quality deliverables


  • Ability to build working knowledge of and apply End-to-End supply chain design concepts


  • Ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate effectively in a team environment





Qualifications/Education/Experience Required
:





  • B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related topics


  • 2+ years of experience conducting analytics requiring data system navigation, data cleansing, analysis, and insight summary


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • PowerBI or similar data visualization software experience


  • SAP experience or similar ERP experience preferred


  • Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership

Full-Time:


Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $106,000 - $131,000 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
