Job Description:

A Health Plan local to the Farmington, MI area is seeking a Health Services Manager to join our expanding team! The Health Services Manager will oversee Operational efficiency and staff, training and quality management.




REQUIREMENTS:

• MI-licensed Registered Nurse


• Program Management experience


• Administrative claims experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in Operational Performance Meetings / provide feedback and guidance


• Oversee daily production


• Develop productivity measures and training modules


• Conduct performance reviews

Schedule:



Monday - Friday: 8:00a - 5:00p
