Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator




Scottsdale, AZ




Contract Position




$18.43 - $23.43 / Hourly



This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:

• Perform moderately complex assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, and cables.


• Read and interpret schematics and drawings to conduct fabrication or inspection tasks in production or pre-production environments.


• Follow advanced techniques for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.


• Build and integrate hardware for prototypes and systems, conduct electrical tests, and perform rework and refurbishment as required.

Qualifications:

• 
  High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.


• Proficiency in loading and configuring customer/standard software on devices.


• Ability to complete process paperwork and input data into work order management systems accurately.


• Strong knowledge of measuring/test equipment and basic math.
