Overview
As the Director of Culinary & Restaurant Operations, you will lead the management of culinary functions and food & beverage outlets. This includes overseeing kitchen and front-of-house operations, developing innovative menu concepts, managing costs, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving revenue streams, enhancing guest experiences, and maintaining successful hotel food and beverage services.
Qualifications
College degree or certification in culinary arts or hospitality management preferred
Minimum 5 years on a similar role in luxury food & beverage operations .
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage with a sophisticated understanding of current industry trends.
Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.
Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
Ability to understand and implement cost control
Schedule staff, budgeting, payroll and forecasting.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve culinary excellence.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
