We are seeking a service call technician to travel locally and light travel outside of local area. Service call work performed in manufacturing facilities for repair of Industrial Electronics, Servo Motors, AC & DC Motors and Hydraulics & Pneumatics or trouble shooting problem down to what needs to be repaired. Some long distance travel required. Bench tech work when not traveling.
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
Including steel toed boots, protective eyewear, hearing protection, gloves, etc
Minimum 5 years experience in an Industrial Maintenance position
Mechanically inclined with knowledge of using equipment the use of power tools and hand tools
Some travel necessary
Ability to use test equipment such as ohmmeters, voltage meters, oscilloscopes, ammeters and other test equipment
Ideal candidate:
Maintenance Supervisor
Good working with and communicating with customers, documenting service calls
Strong trouble shooting skills on industrial equipment
Good decision-making skills and critical thinking
Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance in an industrial environment
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Accustomed to working inside or alongside electrical panels
Knowledge of AC&DC Drives, PLC's, CNC's, Controllers, Servo's, Soldering, Welding
Perform electronic component adjustments and replacement of parts such as switches, seals, electrical wiring, relays, 24V logic, etc.
