LB&B Associates Inc. is currently accepting applications for a full-time Working Custodial Supervisor to support our contract to provide operations and maintenance services at the Mecklenburg County Courts in Charlotte, North Carolina. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Primary functions of the supervisor are to ensure work specifications are followed and performed to the satisfaction of management while providing the highest level of service possible to the client.


Primary functions include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Minimum of (3) years custodial supervisory experience.

  • Supervise employees including schedule preparation.

  • Perform daily inspections as required.

  • Perform administrative duties in completing all necessary forms and submittals.

  • Manage and monitor custodial supplies during shift.

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and on-the-job training for subordinates.

  • Ensure work specifications are followed and performed to the satisfaction of management while providing the highest level of custodial service to the client.

  • Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

The position also requires experience in marble polishing and maintenance, carpet maintenance and snow removal. Candidates must have knowledge of recycling, HAZCOM waste handling and waste removal. In addition, candidates must have knowledge of floor maintenance including buffing, stripping, waxing and familiarity with usage of automatic and manual floor machines.
