Job Description:

We are searching for a resilient, self-motivated corporate recruiter to join our company. In this role, you will identify the best job applicants, organize engaging job fairs, and conduct interviews with potential hires. You will also collaborate with managers and recruitment personnel to develop improved talent acquisition strategies.


Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities:



  • Identifying recruiting needs and sourcing the best applicants to fill vacancies.

  • Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating them via other channels, such as email or social media.

  • Analyzing existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient methods of finding great candidates.

  • Using resume parsers, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate relationship management (CRM) software to streamline recruitment processes.

  • Creating and maintaining talent pools.

  • Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, or in person.

  • Developing resources for booths at career fairs.

  • Building relationships with military bases and veteran organizations to create a pipeline of candidates transitioning into civilian aviation roles.

  • Organizing and attending traditional and virtual job fairs.

  • Completing reference and background checks.

  • Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Corporate Recruiter Requirements:



  • 3+ years of proven experience in high-volume recruitment from organizations, agencies, or executive search firms. 

  • 3+ years recruiting for AP Mechanics and Pilots preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, human resources management, or a related field.

  • Detail oriented and task driven 

  • Highly self-motivated, being able to work as part of a team and independently 

  • Skilled in practical calling methods for recruiting and researching potential applicants. 

  • Familiarity with HRMS especially applicant tracking systems (ATS) and adept use of social media for recruitment. 

  • Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics and data interpretation in strategic recruiting campaigns. 

  • Impeccable public and social media presence. 

  • Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities. 

  • Willingness to travel within the United States for job fairs and networking events. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks under pressure.
