Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Management & Product Strategy Leader (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) to support the Home Lending (HL) Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales Transformation team (CEMS), which builds products for internal users and external customers. This team is part of the Home Lending Transformation organization, which is responsible for designing and driving technology-focused change across Home Lending to deliver enhanced customer experiences and sales solutions across the end-to-end home lending journey. We work closely with sales leaders, change management, marketing, digital product management, technology, data, and enterprise product teams across LOBs.

In this role it will be critical for you to bring a strategic mindset and passion for transformational product development and the customer as you work closely across a variety of stakeholders within the organization to deliver experiences for our Home Lending customers and Home Mortgage Consultants (HMCs). The delivery of outcomes will be through three key areas 1) enabling business planning and routines across the organization 2) building out business and product strategies in partnership with product leaders to support home lending transformation initiatives and roadmaps, and 3) communicating our progress across stakeholder groups.

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic priorities that span across product areas within Transformation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in home lending processes and routines (e.g., coordinate with peers in similar roles across the Transformation organization to ensure consistency).
  • Develop and manage routines across Home Lending Customer Experience, Marketing, and Sales Transformation team (CEMS), e.g., monthly team meetings, business stakeholder meetings, business reviews, and action items.
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Partner closely with product teams and advocate for customer experiences, marketing, and sales needs while assisting with the analysis and implementation of identified solutions.
  • Support Product Management teams across CEMS in documenting roadmaps and key focus areas for the year, including highlighting what is above and below the line, and driving strategic thinking to align to broader Home Lending objectives - this is part of the delivery of our evolving product operating model.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership for developing and implementing innovative strategies and business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational, e.g., artificial intelligence use cases.
  • Build out strategies for highly complex and unique challenges related to Home Lending CEMS that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of strategic framework, and understanding of the business, delivering long term and large-scale solutions.
  • Serve as a representative and advocate for the product teams to understand, or influence as needed, changes to procedural or data standard requirements, including compliance with the Home Lending Change Management framework.
  • Effectively communicate the progress and outcomes of CEMS transformation initiatives to key stakeholders including developing and managing OKRs.
  • Prepare senior level presentations and documentation (e.g., digital strategy roadmap and objectives, organizational construct, and growth areas).
  • Develop and maintain the team materials and the SharePoint as a centralized hub for documentation and links to key systems as well as other dashboards on Confluence/Jira Enterprise to support reporting and workflow needs.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy, Consulting, Product Management or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization across different areas.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Home Lending.
  • Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to independently build out financial models to analyze potential partnership opportunities and new initiatives.
  • Experience leveraging Confluence and Jira as well as building out SharePoints.
  • Sound project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal while self-prioritizing workload and coordinating with others to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand technical policy requirements to help support the implementation of data management policies across all parts of the business.
  • Strategic leadership skills with the ability to piece together complex matrixed organizations and collaborate/influence horizontally across technology, product teams, and business partners.
  • Ability to work in conjunction with functional partners to gain consensus on priorities needed to implement a project successfully.
  • Experience leveraging data to design and deliver strategies and initiatives that help with critical business decision-making.
  • Knowledge of common risk management framework and methodologies.
  • Effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.

  • NYC: $138,500 to 287,600 annually
  • Other Posted Locations: $120400 to $250,500 annually
