Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Director - Head of Product Management - Google Cloud Services
About this role:
The Head of Product Management - Google Cloud Services will lead a team of 25-30 product owners and will be responsible for the Wells Fargo cloud capability.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Defining and articulating the Google Cloud product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
Establishing Product P&L, Customer Experience and Service Catalog.
Establishing the SLA's and SLO's for the Google Cloud Product.
Establishing, communicating, and monitoring product goals and performance indicators.
Building deep understanding of the customer through regular and direct interaction in service of delivering them value.
Engaging customers and stakeholders to inform decision making throughout the product lifecycle to improve the customer experience.
Partnering across the organization to develop a product strategy and go-to-market approach, conduct product discovery, and prioritize and deliver product features.
Working collaboratively with product team to define the product objectives and key results linked to strategic plans.
Engage in industry, technology, and customer ecosystem research and discovery to effectively identify, anticipate, and monitor market and customer challenges, needs, and trends.
Partner with AI ML and Data teams to drive Google Product strategy and enablement of capabilities.
Experience with Data Analytics and AIML is a must including technologies Big Query, Vertex AI etc.
Enabling Cloud Controls including Operations, Data and Security is a must.
Collaborating with the product general manager to provide input to product strategy and intention maps.
Maintain continuous and cadenced communication with product owners to ensure they understand the product vision, timelines, and prioritization and are executing on the vision established for the product.
Enabling the removal of impediments to achieve the customer and business outcomes for the product.
Managing the corporate investment by allocating the product budget to appropriately address priorities and maximize value.
Serving as the product representative to enterprise governance and policies (Enterprise Change Management, Software Delivery Lifecycle, Legal Risk Control Compliance, etc.).
Identifying and resolving sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products.
Ensuring product vision and strategy incorporate a holistic product approach towards sustainability, quality, scalability, etc.
Demonstrating continuous growth in understanding customer, product, and organizational needs.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Cloud and Product Management
Deep technical experience in Public Cloud Technologies (Google, Azure etc.)
Proven experience managing $500 M P&L
Demonstrable experience developing cloud product vision, product strategy, roadmap, backlog grooming and service catalog,
Experience with human centered design principles
Strong risk management leadership skills
Strong dependency management skills
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Deep knowledge and experience with financial, operational, technical and regulatory drivers impacting a complex and dynamic global organization
Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead
Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader and subject matter expert
Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs
Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $207,900.00 - $431,900.00 Benefits
