About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director for the Security Operations Product & Strategic Delivery (P&SD) group within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations organization.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and manage a cross functional team of direct resources including team member development, coaching, performance management and all human resource related deliverables
  • Working with Securities Operations leadership team, Technology, and other support functions to assess multiple regulatory/industry/SHRP obligations, Operational process improvements, Technology upgrades, and business growth opportunities to create a strategic plan for delivery across the change portfolio
  • Scope and business case identification, Risk Analysis creation
  • Determination of strategic business objectives for the product solutions
  • Building partnerships across WFS Operations, forming strong relationship with key teams, to drive the body of work forward
  • Interacting and maintaining relationships with vendors
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • 4+ years of Operations knowledge and experience within Securities Operations/Broker Dealer processes and/or applications and systems, specifically Broadridge/GPTM

  • Experience helping drive strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization and multi-tasking
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and providing data and recommendations to business leaders/managers on various areas of improvement
  • Experience with process improvement, problem resolution and change management experience
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, negotiate and influence decision making
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, critical thinking, and resourcefulness to identify and resolve problems and incidents
  • Ability to work effectively, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a matrixed and dynamic team environment, across all organizational levels with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability
  • Advanced organizational skills with high diligence and accuracy
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders, and creating concise communications to senior leaders
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
