Apartment Manager
Seeking a resident manager for a quiet, well maintained, 40 unit senior housing complex in the Village of West Milwaukee. On-site residency is required.
Experience with senior populations and with subsidized rental housing preferred but will train.
Duties include:
- Light maintenance and repair,
- Coordination with 3rd party contractors,
- Preparing vacant units for re-occupancy,
- Working with residents to assist with leasing issues.
Compensation includes:
- Base salary,
- Auto allowance,
- Rent-free 2-bedroom apartment with appliances and utilities included.

Subsidized Rental Housing for Senior Citizens
All buildings are smoke-free facilities that provide subsidized rental housing for senior citizens age 62 and older in secure buildings with elevators. Tenants pay just 30% of their income for rent. All apartments are one bedroom units that include both a kitchen with appliances and a full bathroom. Wheelchair accessible apartments are also available. Gas heat and hot water is included with the rent. Residents of the apartment complexes are able to utilize on-site amenities which include laundry facilities, a community room, and free off-street parking. Every building includes a secure entry, a security camera system, and on-site resident management.
