Job Description
* A successful Vulnerability Management System Administrator candidate will have:
o A basic understanding of vulnerability management processes
o Basic knowledge about computer vulnerabilities
o Ability to learn on the job with the support of more experienced administrators
o Excellent customer service skills
* The ideal candidate will have:
o The ability to read and understand vulnerability reports
o Microsoft AZ-900 certification
Key Tasks and Responsibilities From PWS/SOW
* Generating vulnerability reports.
* Create and manage Tenable Security Center accounts.
* Utilize BMC Remedy or ServiceNow to troubleshoot and resolve customer tickets related to the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
* Document procedures and configurations, related to ACAS for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
Education & Experience
* Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent
Certifications
* Required
* Security+, or other qualifying IAT II certification
* DISA ACAS Certification (CBT)within 2 weeks
* Desired
* Microsoft AZ-900 certification
Security Clearance
* Desired
o Active Secret Clearance
* Required
* Applicants must have eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
* The primary shift for this position is Sunday - Thursday, 2230 - 0700; however, this is a 24/7/365 mission, and the ability to support Day, Swing, and Mid shift operations is required. If a temporary schedule change is required to support operations, you will be provided with as much notice as the situation allows.
* Certification requirements are subject to change at the government's direction. If this occurs you will have 120 days to become compliant.
