Job Description:
Summary of the Position:
The inventory cycle counter is responsible for accurate and on-going cycle counts and reconciliations.
Functions of the Position:

Functions Performed |
| 55% | E | Physically counts random locations and compares to perpetual on-hand quantities. Consistently maintains accurate perpetual inventories by cycle counting random locations. |
| 20% | E | Operates forklift in a safe manner to perform responsibilities. |
| 10% | E | Assists in the reconciliation of cycle count variances and updating inventory system. |
| 15% | E | Investigates inventory variances created through receiving, receiving data entry, usage, destruction, shipping and shipping data entry errors against perpetual inventories. |
| 10% | E | Assists to ensure assigned inventory storage locations are maintained. |
| 10% | E | Assists to ensure first in, first out (FIFO) system is maintained. |
| 5% | E | Makes appropriate recommendations to inventory control supervisor regarding methods to improve inventory accuracies and efficiencies. |

Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Knowledge:
· One plus years of experience in general warehousing or inventory.
- Sit-down and stand-up forklift certification required.
- Cherry picker and pallet rider certification preferred.

- Attention to detail
- Good verbal and writing communications skills
- Ability to communicate; conversational English skills
