Description: Our client is currently seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Admin




Contract to hire Opportunity

Customize and configure Service Cloud features like case management, service consoles, and knowledge bases to fit business needs.


- Handle user setups, permissions, and roles, ensuring the right access levels for support teams.


- Ensure data integrity by managing records, de-duplication, and data validation rules.


- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance, agent productivity, and customer satisfaction.


- Manage integrations with other tools like chat, telephony, and email systems to improve customer support efficiency.
