Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in keying alphanumeric in a deadline driven environment

• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions

• Familiarity with computers, toggling between screens and typing with accuracy - timeliness


Degrees/Certifications/Years of Overall Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Entry level to 2 years related experience required


Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Approve Virtual Tickets for internal transfers between deposit accounts

• Will be trained on specific keyboard functionality needed for system

• Role is heads down, consistently working at the computer


What will separate an average candidate vs a great candidate on a resume?

• Prior data entry experience

• Someone without prior computer/data entry experience would not be a good fit

- Basic understandings of a computer, basic navigation, dual monitors


Who is this workers main interaction going to be with?

• Small team with team leads and supervisors, directly reporting to supervisor

• Will need to work independently
