Job Description:

JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time Probate Estate Administrator to join a collaborative and inclusive law firm in the Metro West area. The role comes with a competitive salary range of $80K-$120K and many attractive benefits, including the opportunity to work remotely two days per week.

In this Senior Paralegal role, you would support a busy team of trust and estate attorneys. To give you an idea of how this paralegal role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:
  • Assist with all aspects of the administration of estates.
  • Prepare court documents related to probate court administration of estates and trusts
  • Communicate with clients, businesses, brokerage firms, and others as necessary
  • Prepare federal and state estate tax returns

To apply for this Probate Estate Administrator position, 5+ years of trust and estates paralegal experience and a Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate. You will also need:
  • Experience in probate matters, including drafting petitions and settlement of accounts, trust administration, and preparing federal and state estate tax returns
  • Working knowledge of fiduciary income tax
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
