The Resale Disclosure Associate is responsible for processing real estate disclosures and transfers of ownership across various communities in multiple states. What you'll accomplish:
* Deposit and scan community checks in a timely and accurate manner * Mail or scan completed closing documents for community record retention
* Provide clerical support to Resale Disclosure Team
* Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary What we're looking for:
* 1+ years experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or related field
* Excellent customer service, positive attitude, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
* Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
* Basic MS Excel skills; intermediate skill level preferred
