Responsibilities
All staff know what to say to guests upon arrival, during their stay and at departure
Oversee Staff role playing, SOP implementations and consistency of services
Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, organized, inviting, and well maintained on a daily basis and organize to have the team ensure same.
Liase with each business line lead to ensure all their staff is trained in a consistent manner and helping to ensure brand standards.
Review weekly financial information to help guide the firm's growth and results.
Review existing KPIs to marshal resources and team members to better accomplish goals and make adjustments weekly as needed.
Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in hospitality management level positions, ideally running a resort, hotel or country club.
Strong leadership, decision making, hospitality training and communication skills
