About the Role 

Essity Professional Hygiene is looking for a Sales & Marketing Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team’s effectiveness by managing and optimizing sales content. You will collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and leadership teams to ensure our sales force is equipped with the best tools and information to succeed.

The ideal candidate should/could live in Philadelphia, PA or Appleton, WI.

Key Content Management Responsibilities:


  • Content Management: Upload, name, tag with metadata, publish, curate, organize, audit, and remove sales outreach content such as presentations, videos, PDF, URL and Spreadsheets for both external and internal audiences.

  • Process Improvement: Maintain written documentation on content managed key processes and continuously improve to eliminate wasteful, non-value-added activities.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other enablement stakeholders to maintain accurate, high-quality content and coordinate the shared efforts to upload, improve, or remove content.


  • Data Analysis: Organize, analyze, and share KPIs related to content effectiveness and engagement, sales adoption of enablement software features, and sales activation of sales and marketing tactics.


  • Content Automation & Templates: Coordinate the maintenance of content automation templates, email templates, landing page templates, e-learning templates


  • Software Administration: Provide regional admin responsibilities on sales enablement software platform to ensure users, user groups, permissions, and setting align with our sales and marketing strategies 

Key  Business Information/Analytical Activities:


  • Understand reporting and analysis objectives and requirements.

  • Pull data from various sources, clean, analyze for insights, visualize, and share findings.

  • Present data and insights to stakeholders.

  • Perform data entry, quality audits of content properties, and utilize Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.

  • Courage to lead and take ownership.

Exposure and Experience:

  • Gain exposure and experience to local and global colleagues, leadership and projects in marketing, sales, sales enablement services and sales operations 
  • Acquire experience in new product launches, project management, segment marketing initiatives, marketing and sales strategy, sales enablement services, content automation, sales pipeline management, lead qualification, sales data, pipeline data, content sharing and engagement data, and sales enablement software.
