As a Workforce Strategy & Analytics SR Analyst, you will optimize labor strategies using data and insights to improve workforce efficiency across our childcare centers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve staffing models, optimize prioritization, and drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making will redefine labor management processes and lead to scalable improvements across all brands.

Responsibilities:


  • Analyze workforce and labor data (e.g., center-level performance, staffing levels, labor costs) to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimization.

  • Develop predictive models and forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business projections to ensure efficient staffing. Proactively address workforce challenges.

  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and HR teams to find opportunities for efficiency in scheduling, staffing, and labor allocation.

  • Analyze data to provide clear recommendations. Work closely with leadership to implement solutions that optimize workforce efficiency and operational performance.

  • Build strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to partners, including senior leadership.

  • Coordinate and continuously improve workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos, Workday). Develop and lead all aspects of labor hour targets for centers, ensuring the tools support field partners in achieving goals.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities within workforce management and lead initiatives that align with KinderCare's long-term strategy.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.

  • Proven record to use data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions and workforce optimization.

  • Strong skills in translating data into actionable, strategic recommendations aligned with long-term business goals.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. Shown ability to adapt to changing business demands.

  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious, with a strong desire to lead initiatives and improve workforce strategy and management.

  • Sophisticated proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to build reports and dashboards that drive outcomes.

  • Experience with Workforce Management Systems s a plus.
