We are seeking a dynamic and experienced procurement professional to join our team. This role will involve functional management and coordination of procurement activities across multiple lines of business and regions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives including design resilience, sustainability, and people development. The candidate will become a pillar of the Industrial Automation Procurement Management System

What will you do in this position?


  • Coordinate procurement resilience activities across various lines of business and regions to ensure alignment with SE best design & buy practices.

  • Collaborate with the CoE (CTO office) to continuously align business risk assessment and action plans.

  • Lead sustainability efforts in IA procurement by ensuring adherence to the latest standards and objectives. Collaborate with the CTO team to drive our transition towards eco-friendly products, whether developed in-house at SE or in partnership with external suppliers

  • Act as the referent for IA project procurement leaders in the field of resilience and sustainability contribute to the team development and expertise in these domains.

  • Enhance global engagement by effectively onboarding new team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and driving the adoption of GenAI within the team.

  • Cultivate a dynamic environment that promotes continuous learning and development

  • Utilize strong analytical and reporting skills to track and communicate the impact of procurement activities, ensuring transparency and accountability across all initiatives.

  • Foster transversal communication and coordination, working closely with stakeholders from various functions and regions to ensure seamless alignment and collaboration.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is required. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional coordination and management.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive and lead change initiatives, with a real interest for transformations linked to risk management and sustainability.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
