Change Management Specialist
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Change Management Specialist for an opportunity in Cincinnati. Oh
Position Title: Change Management Specialist
Location: Cincinnati Oh 45226
Anticipated Start Date: 10/07/2024.

Expected Duration: 12 Months
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Requirements:
- Associate degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in financial services industry
- Provides customer support for Treasury Management platforms.
- Identifies customer needs and potential problems.
- Assist customers in navigating on-line platforms and all Treasury Management products utilizing servicing tools such as emulation and co-browse.
- Assist customers with their deposit and loan questions.
- Maintain appropriate technical understanding of bank systems.
- Regularly attend trainings to support/expend knowledge base
