Job Description:

The Operations Clerk assists the Operations department by providing clerical and administrative support.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:





* Provide clerical and administrative support to the Operations department

* Update and input route information into the computer system. Route information may include driver time sheets, downtime, productivity or other data

* Assist Dispatchers by responding to customer and driver complaints and inquiries

* Maintain and process operations information, such as vehicle maintenance, accounting and route sheets

* Track all CDL files i.e. med card expirations and CDL expirations

* Maintain evening Driver Check-in process

* Distribute, collect and review route sheets for proper billing and productivity reports

* Assist in generating monthly and ad hoc reports

* May also assist other departments including customer service

* Perform other job-related duties as assigned







Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:





* Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard, mouse and other related equipment, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation

* Ability to organize various office systems
