Job Description:

As a Customer Onboarding Administrator, you will be responsible for facilitating the seamless onboarding process for new customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase, providing the necessary documents, answering inquiries, portal* setup and updates* as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition. A dedicated Customer Onboarding Administrator will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.
*Will either be Hybrid OR Remote.*
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* 
* Proven experience in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing company, particularly through acquisitions.

* Capacity to manage high call and email volumes, providing general training and support, maintaining corporate W9 records, assisting in the conversion of acquisition portal customers, and ensuring the provision of COI documentation to bring delinquent accounts into compliance.

* Proficiency in resolving portal issues, including password resets for various third-party platforms.

* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex process errors, identify root causes, and implement effective corrections.

* Maintain communication with new clients to welcome them onboard and guide them through the onboarding process.

* Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation required for client onboarding, including contracts, agreements, and compliance forms.

* Collaborate closely with the branches and department heads to ensure a seamless process to onboarding, providing relevant information and updates as needed.

* Address any issues or concerns raised by customers and branches during the onboarding process, escalating to relevant departments when needed, and ensuring timely resolution.

* Maintain accurate records of customer documents and requests during the onboarding process, and relevant documentation of the company.

*Education/Qualification:*  
* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* At least three years of related experience preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs.

* Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.

* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Other Duties:*
* Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.

* Performs other duties as assigned management.

*Physical Requirements:*
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
