This is not a remote position; employee is required to come into the facility for their regular schedule
Job Level: 84 - Mid Manager
Internal Grade Salary: 30F
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours a week

This position oversees the improvement of efficiency for the Hub, Feeder, Air, and Package operations. He/She ensures the development of cost plans, work measurement programs, people development programs, and process improvements in order to develop standards, achieve business plan goals, and continuously improve service to the internal and external customer. He/She manages Operational Excellence Managers, Package, Hub, Feeder, and Air Section Leaders and reports to the IE Section Leader Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the development of operating plans. Coordinates work measurement and audits. Coordinates package planning. Oversees asset management. Coordinates projects and new service rollouts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field -Preferred
Willing to travel
Asset management experience
