Job Description:

Our client, a non-profit health and research-based organization, is in search of a skilled Associate HR Business Partner to join their team for 6 months. If you have a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of human resources experience, along with proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems, don't miss this opportunity to make an impact in this organization!
About the Job:
* Provide effective operational services and advice to business leaders.
* Resolve employee conduct/relation issues and support performance improvement.
* Build morale, increase productivity and retention, and improve work relationships.
* Develop tailored training programs and ensure HR data/reporting is effective.
* Support organizational objectives and priorities through additional tasks.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred.
* 5+ years of demonstrated labor relations experience at a manufacturing or distribution facility.
* SPHR, PHR, or SHRM certification, is preferred.
* Proficient in Google Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
Compensation/Benefits:
* $45/hr-$50/hr, while temporary.
* Temporary for 6 months.
* Starting ASAP!
* 2-3 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
