(Contingent upon available funding): 13.50 - 20.00, Hourly Work Schedule: M-F 8 am to 5 pm (hours may vary) Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Primarily responsible for greeting clients, admitting/dismissing patients and collecting payment for services. Schedules appointments, answers phones, and communicates necessary messages to faculty/clinicians. Responsible for reviewing all charges and fee estimates, discussing payment policy with clients, and collecting additional deposits when charges exceed original fee estimate. All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:


High school/GED and one year of related work experience either in customer service and/or clerical duties. Post-secondary education may substitute for required years of experience. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as organization skills, multi-line phone skills and the ability to handle/reconcile payments received for services. Must have MS Office experience. Background experience with large animals necessary. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand on ladder, stoop and bend, and work overhead and below waist level occasionally.



Preferred Qualifications:


Eight years of clerical/customer service experience and completion of Ambassador Program and Leadership Development Program.
