Position Summary:

The Department of Family Medicine would like to hire two Project Administrative Support personnel to perform the following administrative duties.


Position Summary: Project will require two assistants to perform administrative duties that include:
- Outreach to hospitals for current policies on doulas and COVID restrictions
- Outreach to obstetric offices
- Doula application and preliminary screening
- Track doula onboarding documents, evaluations and documents completed per birth
- Outreach to patients and maintain documentation of efforts
- Assist with planning and execution of doula information sessions
- Other administrative duties deemed necessary by project principal investigators


Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
