Responsibilities:
Key contributor in the monthly financial close, ensuring accurate and timely results are delivered to management
Assist in the design and scaling of revenue accounting processes, including revenue recognition
Support business initiatives by providing guidance to internal teams for accounting and reporting requirements
Prepare monthly account reconciliations, assist with flux analyses, and contribute to the financial reporting process
Develop and document processes and controls, and identify opportunities for streamlining processes and increasing automation to improve the speed and efficiency of the monthly revenue close
Support external and internal audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility
Assist with and manage various ad-hoc projects as needed
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
BS in Accounting/Finance
2+ years of experience in an accounting or financial analysis role
Excellent communication skills
Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Self-driven and shows initiative
Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
Experience in applying revenue accounting guidance (ASC 606) and related reporting highly regarded
Advanced MS Excel skills
Sociable personality
Experience in data analysis tools such as PowerBI
