Assistant Director, Case Management & Outreach Education at Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida

Job Description:

The Assistant Director will support the comprehensive case management for all students as well as those referred to the CARE Team.  The Assistant Director will maintain knowledge of local providers while overseeing electronic and internal referral resources. This individual will also assist in the provision of outreach and educational programming opportunities to the students and the campus community.

The Assistant Director will assist with the oversight of the wellness ambassador program and aim to strengthen the strong values the College places on peer support and student involvement in elevating the importance of mental health and wellness in the campus community.
