Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage residential programs with minimal supervision, ensuring policies and procedures are upheld while providing critical support to students.Engage directly with students through visible presence in residential neighborhoods, fostering connections and supporting their intellectual and personal growth.Collaborate with Residential Education staff and other departments to create integrated learning experiences within student residences.Serve as a first responder in student crises, providing crucial support and navigating campus resources effectively.Mentor and guide students and staff, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.Analyze and assess program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements that enhance the student experience.


Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.Capacity for addressing campus safety, emergency response, mental health, case management, and student conduct.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a proven ability to work with diverse populationsStrong communication, analysis, and problem-solving skills.


Working Conditions:
    University on-campus housing is provided with this position; residing on campus is a condition of employment.This position is designated as an on-site role requiring presence in assigned work locations Monday through Friday.Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed and as assigned in on-call rotation.
