(Contingent upon available funding): 13.50 - 20.00, Hourly Work Schedule: M-F 8a-5p generally Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: The Administrative Support Specialist supports the NSCI Extension and community engagement as well as undergraduate and graduate Dietetic programs. The position is critical for maintaining our accredited dietetic training programs and providing high-quality support for our growing Extension and engagement programs. Special Instructions to Applicants Complete application must include a cover letter, resume, and list of three professional references. Education & Experience Position Qualifications:



Required Qualifications:

High School/GED and one year of clerical/customer service experience.


Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Experience with computer software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Qualtrics and other Database programs and multi-line telephone.



Preferred Qualifications:

High School/GED and three years of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience.

Familiarity with OSU purchasing and travel rules and regulations highly preferred.
